We offer free cancellation on many tours and experiences.

  • Cancel 24 hours or more before departure
  • Receive a full refund to your original payment method

Cancellation Timeframes

Your refund depends on when you cancel:

30+ Days Before Travel

  • • Full refund
  • • Small administration fee may apply

15–29 Days Before Travel

  • • Partial refund
  • • Supplier cancellation fees may apply

7–14 Days Before Travel

  • • Reduced refund
  • • Higher cancellation fees

Within 7 Days

  • • Limited or no refund
  • • Up to 100% cancellation fee

Non-Refundable Bookings

Some bookings are marked "Non-Refundable" at checkout. These may include:

  • Promotional offers
  • Discounted packages
  • Last-minute deals
  • Special event tickets
👉 These bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Tours & Activities

Most tours are operated by third-party suppliers. Refund eligibility depends on:

  • Supplier cancellation policy
  • Weather conditions
  • Capacity restrictions
  • Seasonal rules

If a supplier cancels your booking, you may receive:

  • ✔ Reschedule option
  • ✔ Travel credit
  • ✔ Partial or full refund

Transfers & Transport

Transfers have stricter rules due to scheduling:

  • 48+ hours before: Partial or full refund
  • Less than 48 hours: Fees may apply
  • Same-day cancellations: Usually non-refundable

Delayed flights may be accommodated based on supplier policies.

Accommodation

Hotel cancellations depend on booking type:

  • Flexible rates → Refundable
  • Non-refundable rates → No refund
  • Peak season → Stricter rules

Possible fees:

  • First-night charge
  • Full stay charge

Multi-Service Packages

Packages combine multiple services (tours, hotels, transfers).

Important:

  • Each component may have different rules
  • Refunds are calculated individually
  • Partial cancellations may not always be possible

Changes & Amendments

You can request:

Refund Processing

  • • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • • Processing time: 7–21 business days.
  • • Refund amounts are determined in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy for the booked product or service.

Payment Processing & Fees

  • ✅ B2C Customers — No SurchargeAussie Voyages absorbs all third-party payment processing charges on consumer bookings. The total you see is the total you pay — no hidden fees.
  • 🏢 B2B / Agent TransactionsA card processing surcharge applies when payment is made by credit or debit card. No surcharge applies for bank transfer, PayID, invoice, or offline payment.
  • Payment processing surcharges on B2B transactions may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law. Aussie Voyages may absorb third-party payment processing charges for selected transactions as part of promotional or customer service initiatives.

Force Majeure

In events beyond control:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Airline changes
  • Natural disasters

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Travel insurance may help cover:

  • Cancellations
  • Medical emergencies
  • Trip interruptions
  • Weather disruptions

No Show Policy

Failure to attend without notice:

  • ❌ No refund
  • ❌ 100% cancellation fee

Supplier Policies

Some products have their own cancellation rules.
